Thats a mix of three themes...
1. lockscreen :- default theme
2. status bar :- four season (not in theme store but u can find it in the link to themes in my beta2 thread
3. remaining stuff:- neon lamp
n clock is mclock with miui revamped skin
I used search button and still can't find it. Can you provide me status bar theme? (this is only for miui, right? Or i can use it with theme chooser? or flash a framework package zip?) thanks

Its specific to miui..
