Need Rooted Phone
Open root explorer
Navigate to system/App/contacts.Apk

Press THANKS If You Feel Awesome

its just dialer app buddy if u delete the contacts.apk you cant add new contacts .. and it contain ads

Dont u use Any Ad blocker or Ad blocker host file containing rom?

ads and all no matter buddy did u check adding contact after deleting contacts.apk
