Glacier Silver M8 defects

I picked up the silver M8 yesterday and I noticed few nicks and micro scratches right out of the box. Any body with the same observation?

I would exchange it for sure. I picked mine up yesterday also and it's perfect. I checked all the issues I heard these phones might have had in the store and it is fine.
