It needs gmail sign in and that i can't do as the keyoard in this gingerbread version is not working..
Mate, select the Japanese IMEI keyboard, and then type away. Remember, RTFM is only 3x 7, 2x 8, 3x 3, 1x 6.

Ok so I installed Swype.. That worked well for about 10 minutes, untill it decided to get stuck again.. After that it didn't properly boot anymore. Deleted the data.img and decided to let it build a new one.. unfortunately, it now comes with a few more errors..
- Constantly jams up, stuck, black screens and no further action..
- Gets Randomly stuck at the Android flying thingy's screen..
It hasn't been solid since the first try I gave it. Froyo x06 is probably still the best build that i've had where everything seems to be working perfectly.. However........... The batterly life on Froyo X06 is about 17 minutes of usage. So utterly useless unless you're carrying a power supply on you WHEREVER you go..
Anyone any suggestions?
going to try new install with this rom, and add a new rootfs.img from 16th of may 2011.. See how that goes.
I formatted the SD card completely with normal SD Card mounter in the laptop, so it's a full on FAT-32 SD card. Has always been slow and battery eating from the get-go.
I read everywhere that the 2.2 FRX06 build has battery issues and that 2.3 should have fixed this. Hence me trying this Gingerbread build, thusfar not very succesfull I might add.. Just put a new image on it, trying to build it up with apps etc. and using it tonight. First getting Swype on it again (which is a f'n hassle using the Japanese IME keyboard.. Haha.)

Hm... Will give that a go then if it does seem to make a difference. This build is currently getting stuck on Browser actually typing a website URL in.. :S Can't wait till my Samsung Galaxy S2...
Well that saves me a great bundle of pain..
That's all fixed and without using a sim-card i've completely made a quality setup for myself now. Going to export that in a bit before I actually put the sim-card in.
1 thing though and I can't seem to find it ANYWHERE on teh interwebs.. I want to change the 3 available on-screen buttons on the homescreen.
currently:
- Phone
- Applications
- Browser
Obviously I want to replace that Browser icon by the Opera one to avoid getting stuck. Cause I just know my dumb ass is going to eventually start up the browser..

Remon
Things broken in this build:
[*]The keyboard should be fine, but I've had some Blackstone users complain - if you want, switch the keyboard out with another. mr_grisha's original post. Others have said this is a horrible keyboard, and you should just use Swype. I'm a big fan of use what works for you, so you folks make the decision for yourself!
[/list]
Anything that's broken in Froyo, is probably broken in this build.
Blackstone users - help me flesh out this section! Anything that's not working let me know!
I can't get Swype because I need to connect to Internet, and my Wi-Fi has a password on it, which I cannot type. How to fix this?
go to any input field and long press it,input method pop up will show up,select japanese ime
download ts-calibration from the 1st post and use it,if the issue persists, try downloading rootfs from xdandroid.com (rootfs is issued with key mapping)
if that doesn't help come here again
