I've been using a rooted Note 2 for some time now, thanks to XDA Devs, and would like to enable the same for my sister who's visiting. Her phone has been VZW all along with all OTAs. While I did get the Baseband Version back to MJ9 using Odin 3.07, I can't get to the point where I'm able to install a custom ROM. Is it too late for her phone; is it too far updated with the VZW OTAs?
