I only use for phone+net so always on low freq&volt..
156-312mhz + sio + -80mV undervolt
But all depend with ur phone activity..
With disable bootanimation..maybe..lol..

Wow mine more than 60sec and i dont have problem with that.. lol..
When use cm7 booting time more fast if deactive bootanimation but still more than 25sec
Bout 1pack tweaks with aroma im affraid its will got confict for some tweak if u put a2sdDT, adrenalin, velocity, stagmatis etc.. Different case if u build ur own tweaks and use aroma to install it..
Im out for tweak stuff now and almost not and never use tweak pack just use usefull tweak like battery or bacem. Most of that i put in kernel so i dont need script again on init.d

I cant solve all problem since i dont have all source to test like custom rom, tweak script, etc
All my experience only test on
- stock dxlf to dxma with simple script on init.d
- Cm7 white and psycho build
- evo-X
Im try with rfs and ext4 not only as 1stRom but 2ndRom..
I always try from clean partition (stlXX and mmcblk0pXX) and never got all problem like wifi, bluetooth, error read partition etc..
Since dualboot features sometime conflict with app2sd.DT maybe thats the problem and Some user on hyperion got problem cause of script on init.d (not all script) but thats not mean init.d not support coz default cm7 have init.d too and its booting..
I hope all user who have problem with my kernel can investigate and solve it.. as long u have backup and can go to recovery u will save.. and dont forget aromaFM is amazing tools on recovery to save ur device..

Actually i have and support cm7 too..
This another way to get gov+io in stock kernel and kernel with less gov+io.
