Carrefour touch tablet CT704 problem

Hey guys, i own a tablet from carrefour and it runs android 2.2.1 and his problem is that there is no android market app

All i want is a helpful and easy guide to install the official one. I tried the applanet app but i face network problems:
"A network error has occured retry or cancel or return to previous page" while openning the page.. Can anyone help me? sorry if a same topic exist..
