for people who have problems deploying the NokiaCounters.provxml, here's a xap that helps you deploy the provxml without Winco's wPhoExplorer.
It installs the HTC-ProvXml-Deploy app on your mobile. Press the green button to deploy the nokiacounters provxml. you still need to copy remaining files to your windows folder on your mobile.

edit: just to clarify some more, provxml can only run on htc devices.

I get the below error when trying to open the app and I am using Samsung focus

"It can only be installed on HTC devices"

Sorry lsguntu, provxml can only run on htc devices so this provxml deploy app only works for htc devices too. I put it as comment with the file.

Alas! I really want this app. I really hope microsoft add this kind of app in 7.8 update

Well it kind of works...new month and new data/text/minutes allocation updated but previous months useage hasn't been cleared! Any solutions?
