Even with the stock ROM my bluetooth only works in the car if I'm on the charger

ok just freeze email app with titanium then install Gmail from market so you can have your sub folders. the freeze is not necessary but so you wont have both apps running in background.

and if you have any other email client like yahoo, hotmail, pop acct, corp acct, just have them fwd to gmail.

Gmail works great for push email. I get emails faster on my phone than on pc.

I went back to 2.2 most stable for me.. Maybe because the ui is forced on the GPU.

seriously!!! why dont you just flash the stock rom so you can have your stock email apk. I gave you a workaround. this is a development rom. the OP updates when he has time. email has been talked about it before. He will take care of it when he has time. In the meantime use what is giving to you or flash stock.

Volume wake

I have used this on all versions of this rom.

Have also used the following on all versions of this rom:

byebyeclock.zip (removes status bar clock)

jazz_k.zip ((large numeric battery status, blue, will have only 5 toggles in notification drop down, but that works fine for me)

Synergy kernel works great for me on all versions.

Push these both to system/app, remove old email.apk
reboot phone into recovery fix permissions then see if it works.

Why so mad/serious? It is my understanding that custom roms are improvements
upon the stock roms. If its not going to do that, meaning getting the things the stock rom has right and working and then making supplimentary improvements and customizations, then what's the point. I thought the point of feedback was to report problems, bugs, etc so that these things can be addressed in future versions, not suck a devs genitals.

I'm OK with loose timetables, as I understand devs have a life outside of this stuff. I just want to know stuff is being addressed.

I'm just reporting a problem. Isn't that the point of feedback, in addition to patting you guys on the back? As I've said I like the rom a lot, I've been able to fix the other issues I've had, but this one issue has been a problem. If that's not something that you can handle, it may behoove you to find another hobby.

Everytime I send a mms to my wife and others....they tell me they can't view my photo because My image is to big.....can I change that? When I send mms my phone says its resizing but its still too big

Check ro.media.jpeg.quality in build prop set it to like 90 or 100.

You can use ROM toolbox to edit build prop.
On google search edit build.prop Android.

There will be a line in it that says ro.media.jpeg.quality =90 change it to 100. Or maybe 80 if the pics are too big.

Ok it worked half way lol. I was able to set up my yahoo but still no luck with hotmail, with out premium is fine but with premium it sais i input wrong password?!?!?!?!. I have no idea why it sais that if i know the password i input is the correct one.

For those that might not have ROM Toolbox, there is a free app on the Market called Build.Prop Editor.

Nice Rom. Only 2 things I would ask: Add AppWidgetPicker.apk to streamline widget selection.

The 2nd would be mod request as I don't want to open a can of worms. I've tried to recompile my SystemUI in a failed attempt to disable the battery full notifications. I know some like it, so I'm requesting an optional flash for those of us that would rather do without.

My screenshots say the too big error too trued changing buid prop too 80 and 100 still the same error
Anything else i can try

Just quick question, did it ever work with a stock ROM?
Does your hotmail account end with @hotmail.com?

I had same problem so what I did I went to galery select image u wanna upload and click menu and then more and then crop and crop image any size even full screen and then it will make a copy of ur croped picture when u wanna upload it search it were it was saves most times its same folder were original pix is. Just make sure u select the one u cropped. It works for me
