Excellent rom once again.
I've got everything set to exactly the way I want it.
Odexed it.
Will probably stick with this as final rom on my mega.

Light years beyond the stock touch wiz crap that came with this device.

Silesh, you are the best.
The Mega community owes you a world of grattitude.

Hey Guys,

Big fan of RR Roms, just spent last weekend flashing RR on my wife's S3 , it works GREAT, and now I am really tempted to flash on my Mega 6.3. Going through this thread I see the rom is very stable. Before jumping head first into the rom I would like to check a few things, What features will i loose from the Mega Stock?

-Will things like the S-View(Flip cover windows) still work?
-Multi-Window?
-Automatic Power On/Off display when your flip cover is opened or closed?

Those are stock features. You won't get this on RR. There is an app called durka hallmonitor that tries to emulate the flip cover features.

You can use the Xmultiwindow module to have multiwindow

I just flashed this ROM to try. Is there a way to disable the soft keys at the bottom of the display? It is kinda redundant with the Mega's own illuminated keys and just taking up space. Thanks.

Just wondering if you're using ADB drivers to access your Mega 6.3. If so, where did you get the ADB drivers?

I have this working on my sprint mega but is the any way to change the gyro sensor setting or xzy points to work right on sprint mega

    v5.1.5 is the final build for RR. There will be no more updates as the developers have decided to call it quits.
    Read more about the news here. Its sad, but you got to respect their decision.
    This is the final kitkat release. They said they'll be back when v4.5 / 5.0 android comes out.    ​

    -INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS-

    - Make sure you are either on any KitKat ROM (CM11, etc) or on 4.2.2 TW based ROM and NOT on 4.1.2 TW based ROM
    - Download the latest build
    - Download Gapps
    - Take a nandroid backup
    - Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
    - Flash ROM using latest ClockworkMod recovery
    - Flash Gapps
    - Reboot.

    - Download the latest build of Resurrection Remix ROM
    - Take a nandroid backup
    - Flash ROM using ClockworkMod recovery

    - You will get a notification on your phone when a new version of RR ROM is available. You can download the ROM on your phone through the OTA updater or using the OTA Updater App.

    OTA updates

    Ok guys,

    So i figured out how to enable ota updates and you guys should be able to update all my personal builds from the next set of builds via ota.

    I'll outline the procedure to take after I get things setup.

    Update

    This is what I have decided. Gonna use Mediafire for people who want to download the normal way. For OTA, i am using my Google Drive, which means I am scrapping Mega. Don't have the bandwidth to upload to 3 hosts.

    I don't think beanstalk is gonna be updated any more as Scott has some personal issues. I am not going to update liquid and ose. Will add support for c-rom instead of those 3.

    There will be no more updates for this rom as the developers have decided to close shop. They have said that they will be back with a new rom when android 4.5/5.0 comes out. Hope I have the phone till then.
