Did we lose the file link? I'm trying to download the tool, but the "goo.im" site just keeps restarting the countdown. Clicking on the "click here if your download doesn't start automatically" link has no affect. I've tried to download from two different computers with both Chrome and Firefox. Is there an alternate link to download the uitility (and patch)? I have an old Evo that I need to update and put CypherRom on.

Hey Kevin, thanks for your work on this, sorry to see you're selling your view. I just picked one up off of ebay, and I'm pretty happy with it so far. I'm going to try using your tool tonight when I get home from work to downgrade/unlock/upgrade my unit.

Does the root works with any devices? I have a Huawei MediaPad running on HC.

No, this is specifically designed for the EVO View. Unfortunately, the exploits used by by each device is different for obtaining root access.

Hello everybody!
I'd just like to let you all know that my experience with XDA has been wonderful and I find this place very informative and enlightening. One of the biggest problems and inconveniences was trying to find and round up all information and files needed to get something done.
So I present you with a MULTI-PURPOSE TOOL for the EVO VIEW 4G. It combines all necessary files into one location for your convenience.
I got the idea yesterday after literally spending the whole day with globatron trying to figure out what was wrong with my device (had a hardware problem) and got a little tired of having to return to stock about 13 times lol.

For everyone else that’s considering using this tool. This is a great piece of work that significantly simplifies the required steps to accomplish the described goals. Using this tool does not add any more risk to doing these actions as following the steps themselves (actually reduces risk by ensuring important steps are not missed.)
Most importantly Kevin (tool developer) is very responsive, VERY helpful and dedicated to ensuring the quality of his tool.
