I'm running MIUI V4 ROM on my HTC One S with 'Black Ice 2.3' theme pack installed however all of them are lower resolution and when applied the icons are slightly blurry. I've searched quite a bit on the phone and cant find the stock applications where I can drop the high res icons into and replace the old ones from the theme.

Any help, please?
