Just a small update about freezes on my (ex) SG S3. After one motherboard replacement due to sudden death issue and sending device to service 4 times back and forth due to freezes/reboots.All 4 times guys from service center told that they weren't be able to spot on reported malfunction and that device is working according to manufacturers specification. They have recommended changing of Google account, swapping SD card for another, better one,etc...None of this worked. My phone kept freezing each time i picked it up from "repair" while still being in carrier's shop.

After a several letters to carrier and a demand to solve my problem permanently by replacing Galaxy S3 for some other Galaxy device in same price range , i have been given brand new Samsung Galaxy Note II ,international edition, and a 2 monthly bills free of charge as compensation for those 2 months i have spent with replacement device which was some Galaxy mid range device which i cannot remember of now.

For me this was rather an issue of carrier-customer relationship than a question of my ability to bypass software issue which Samsung created in pathetic attempt to overcome bigger problem. Also voiding warranty was not an option for me , since i wanted a product working out-of-the-box which will make me do and accomplish things faster ,be more productive. So i gave up on re-flashing any kind of working ROM/build even if it was stock , increasing counter than fooling it and resetting it to zero and any other time-wasting activities for a product that was supposed to give us exceptional user experience straight out of the box.

I would like to thank everyone who has put input here and provided help with this problem ,it meant lot for me but at the end i wanted working device and experience which reflects price and terms of contract i signed in order to lay my hands on it.
Now,moving to GN II forums ,cheers guys and thanks again.
