Is your internet working otherwise ?
Is that only your Whatsapp not working or other apps which uses internet ???

Ya other all apps and web is working fine and I have 3g connectivity

Does it show an error ?? Tried installing it from Market ? Or SD ?

No error its upto date.. Installed from market only.. It jast not access mobile data can't receive, send messages can't seen anyone when he was online (last seen).. Before that I was using whatsapp+ but now its not allowing me to verify mobile number its telling download latest version from play store

Yeah.. Thast's what i doubted. you gotta install from playstore fresh and try then..
Make sure you create a backup your whatsapp..

I already done and used both but also I am getting problem... I try couple of times reboot and couple of times re install...i have done even factory reset :banghead:Nothing has worked :banghead

I searched lot on xda for this problem and I have,the solution its has apn setting problem I reset it default ..and then its works fine thanx bro..

Bro can you suggest me a cyanogenmod 10.1 vivo rom which you used and it is stable.. Because I am flashing first time and don't want to flash it again and again.

Dude.. check the development section...you can flash Cyanogen 10 or 10.1 both are good.. CM 10 is much smoother than 10.1.. that's how I feel.. might differ with users though

There are other ICS ROM 's also.. if you wanna try give a shot with SVHD .. it's faster and smoother.
