Dropped my Droid Maxx a week after buying it....Screen Cracked... Digitizer doesn't work on home or back button... Filed Claim.
Now I'm on day 8 of this "backorder" crap... after they BSed me saying they should have it in "3-7 days"
I understand Asurion's situation.. I just wish there was better communication between everyone... I don't understand how no one seems to know when they'll get them in.
How is it that Motorola can't tell Asurion, "hey, we're shipping them out to you on Monday.... here's the tracking number...." If simpletons on ebay can do it, why can't major corporations?!?
Knowing that information would make my life easier..... It sure beats waiting patiently and anxiously for a phone call from Asurion...
