Hello,

I use the s3 mini gt-i8190 for my work. Problem is that the memory is full after using it some time. A factory reset solves the problems for a few months.
I wish to remove the Samsung bloatware which I never use.

What are the posibilities for this phone. It currently runs Android 4.1.2 (I8190XXANA2)

A little help is much appreciated!

First you need to root your phone, then you can remove bloatware apps.

Ok. I tried to look for a proper root method. I've rooted quite some phones but for the s3 mini a lot of times the firmware version is mentioned and mine (XXANA) is never mentioned.

Thanks a bunch!! I didn't come across this post somehow.

I will try tonight as soon as my kids are in bed!

Going to try a new rom as well.

Anyone a good suggestion for the s3 mini?

Thanks. Great tips you have!

Why not a 4.4.x rom?

4.4.4 is also good but more bugs i think! Test the 4.3.1[emoji106]

But for flashing a new Rom you need TWRP instead of CWM!
