I am looking to buy one on craigslist here. Two on there.

I want it because it was the first android phone. I'd stick cm7 on it and keep it forever.

i still have around 30 g1s left (used to refurbish and resell them) pm me if anyone is interested i feel its time to get rid of them except for a few for development purposes

I was gonna say I have my wife's old one. I have just popped a new battery in it and play around with CM6 on it. Next to useless for us. Still have the original box and all.

Yeah I know it sounds crazy but to think just a year ago I was selling refurbished rooted phones for 125$ each and having sold around 60 of them (along with lots of other phones) I've already made my money back and willing to drop them fairly cheap. And if anyone wants to buy in bulk even cheaper!
But I don't want to seem like I'm using xda to sell of my goods so ill leave it at that

Yah, the couple I found on Craigslist here in Seattle are offered for $50-60.

I was thinking about putting it in the car as a homemade tracker on a pay-as-you-go plan. But then I'm afraid the GPS is too weak or slow to respond like I'd like.
