I created them for our Xperia SP (720x1280 screens)
Perfectly work on CM (and based CM), eXistenZ, Xperia roms.
(Bootsound works depending rom compatibility)

Always make nandroid backup before flashing anything!

To install bootanimation:
1. Put your chosen zip in your SD card,
2. Reboot recovery and flash zip,
Restart and enjoy!

To uninstall and recover default bootanimation:
Simply delete "bootanimation.zip" located in data / local

To manually install:
1. Extract "bootanimation.zip" from your chosen zip,
2. Put it in your SD card.
3. With a root explorer, move it in data / local,
4. Check file permissions: RW- R-- R--
Save and reboot...

very nice the sirius black ones, but don't works on z1 compact 4.4.4...I've copied and set right permissions, but after reboot...I don't see anything...black display...so, after few secs, my lockscreen.

I want to try now the black ones and blue ones of this thread....and let you know...

Strange...
With my SP tested on 4.2, 4.3 Sony and 4.4 cm11.
About device, this is for 720X1280 screens, no specialy SP.
Test other and tell me!
Why don't you symply flash zip?

    Well i have it in /system/media right now and bootsound actually works.
