this is my first android and i want to speed up my arcs ics,i dont know how to install this,should i copy the zip or the unzipped,manually install them all or there is a system that does all that for me? please help me as soon as possible

i didnt install this zip so i had to reset to factory settings my nonrooted arc s-and than guess what-it was a fast ics arc s with no lags!!!! innitially my dialer was sh*t it took 10 s or more to open-now its like 0.5 s!!! everything works like charm! going to listen some pokemon fire red victory music maaaaan

You need unlocked bootloader and CWM. Just flash the zip file.
