Post up what you have eaten today....

I'll start... I have a Subway, but I'm saving that for later... I haven't eaten anything today... Trying to lose the gut house arrest has created.... :good:

This is the food thread... post what you ate, recipes, some kinda gibberish, I DONT CARE!!! But please abide by the XDA rules...

Frosted Flakes :D

Snacks:
Roasted peanuts
More chocolate
Leftover chicken

Lunch:
2 Hamburgers
Bagel

Dinner:
Rice

And no I'm not fat :D

I had waffles and some fruit for breakfast

For lunch I had Chick-fil-A

and for dinner im cooking some pizza :D

Cereal ( frosted flakes ) for breakfast.
Grilled chicken and rice for lunch.
String cheese for snack.

It's unhealthy to not eat for almost the whole day / eating only once a day. o_o

I know... when i got put on house arrest i went from 145 to 175.... i gotta lose this gut.... then i wanna quit smoking, eat right and work out.... supa dupa sexy...

My father in law is 60 and he's always only had one meal per day. He's fine.:rolleyes:

As for BNaughty, eating once a day wouldn't aid him in losing weight though...

The key to losing weight is working out ( obviously ) + eating healthy meals throughout the day to help raise metabolism.

Agree... not much I can do at my house though.... and I'm lazy.... I've got time... plenty of it...

Good point.

I am not prone to gaining weight, but being thin doesn't always mean being healthy either. Every person requires different food intake. Me? I eat small amounts frequently throughout the day. I can't sit and eat a huge meal. I just eat to sustain myself, not for enjoyment. But again, that's just what works for me.

Try salmon cakes... mmmm.... not as good as crab cakes tho...


They were the store brand and extremely salty so I didn't enjoy them much but I was hungry so I ate them anyway. The ones I make tastes way better. Genuine crab meat can be kind of expensive though.
You didn't ask all of that but I just felt like sharing. ;)

I like salmon so I'll try salmon cakes. Probably cheaper to make too. :)
