You can try, nothing can happen, worst case scenario you flash new modem :).
On the other hand,i know i shouldn't ask here, but i don't want to open a new thread just for one question. This is for the devs:have you guys considered to work on a build based on LG rom?I mean, samsung with it's TW has alot of roms, htc has alot builds on sense, etc. I repeat, just asking :).

Basically it's cm 10.1 theme,no special work here.what is different are the settings.by different i mean organising.
Returning back to stock is quite tricky if you din't do a nandroid backup un cwm,not twrp.if you don't have the backup, the only way to return to stock is using kdz updater, but this will erase ALL content from phone.so,if don't pay attention, your phone will be wiped in no time.to be honest,i like stock lg more than samsung' s touchwizz, but unfortunatelly i don't have a pc anymore to mod the framework so i can use stock rom with 240 dpi.if i will manage to do that,i will return to stock:).

    General Info & Introduction

    • Android Open Source Project: Or in short AOSP. Android is an open-source software stack created for mobile phones and other devices. The Android Open Source Project (AOSP), led by Google, is tasked with the maintenance and further development of Android. Many device manufacturers have brought to market devices running Android, and they are readibly available around the world.
    • Rooting: Android rooting is the process of allowing users of smartphones, tablets, and other devices running the Android mobile operating system to attain privileged control (known as "root access") within Android's subsystem. Rooting is often performed with the goal of overcoming limitations that carriers and hardware manufacturers put on some devices, resulting in the ability to alter or replace system applications and settings, run specialized apps that require administrator-level permissions, or perform other operations that are otherwise inaccessible to a normal Android user.
