OK I have the Verizon Sch-I106 Samsung note 2 and I'm trying to get the note 3 features on my note 2• does anyone on here have a good working rom that doesn't Need to be rooted or know Where I may be able to down load it from.....

Well, if you are looking for a ROM, then you will have to be rooted and the bootloader unlocked. If you are just looking for Note 3 apks, there are some floating around.
