[q] [gt-i9100][nand ko]

Hi,
I have an s2 that can't write into nand 16GB chip.
through odin i receive the message Write nand start (and struck for several hour to that message)

I've tried to flash my sister too and nothing appened. same message "write nand start"

i tried with original sammobile rom, and nothing happened.
the phone is working correctly but not boot.
it display the charge icon, it goes in download mode and it display the very first row of recovery (cwm 6.0.4.2) and stop.

i think that i have broken eMMC and what i see on video (charge icon, first row of recovery etc) is just the T-Flash chip

Now the question:

I can boot my phone from sd? without a recovery installed on the eMMC?

if i can read and write the T-FLASH i can write into it to start from an sd?

someone do it?
this t-flash exist?

it cost approx 80-100$ the phone cost 120$
