Attached is a screen shot of the files in my apktool folder after running the cmd from this output. I followed it using the guide here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1989533) along with this guide and have tried just this guide and always get the same output and no new .jar file.

Edit: This is for a 4.1.2 JB rom also. Maybe I need a newer apktool then the one in that other guide.

It seems that you didn't followed the apktool guide properly
EDIT: Check if you have installed the proper framework files

hence you getting the errors.

for all that have error while recompiling, you need to download this http://code.google.com/p/android-apk...l1.4.0.tar.bz2 version of apktool because in newer versions the function are broken
If you want, I can Test your new Roms, just send me a PM
