Had the same issue and i was directed to older posts and it worked for me.
Flash back to GB and get a gps lock (I used GPS Test from market)
Once you have lock boot recovery and flash M6 and you should have a gps lock. (again GPS Test locked it up right away)

I was using faster fix, gps test, maps... Nothing to avail.
