New to this, tired of getting ripped off by t mobile. Ran the dev menu, matched my value to 116631 , golden nv back up existed and still my device isn't unlocking. T mobile s4, stock Rom, sgh-m919. I was blacklisted a while ago, have been living off Wi-Fi and I'm trying to switch to h2o. Made the mistake of spending the money on the card and plan before successfully unlocking. Please help this noob
