Radio version isn't really country specific. You can have 1.48 work well for you on the east side of one country and poorly on the west side of the same. The best way to find out what works best for you is to just try it out.
Also, you may not want to worry too much about 1.47 or 1.48. Pof has posted the 1.50 radio here.

Yep both are GREEN. The comm manager is a simple one with 7 buttons. Dialpad is also Green. I'll place some screenshots for you!

Just installed the dutch version...looks good to see it finaly in the dutch language...but I still prefer the Schap's version (missing all the extra's) going back soon I think.. (hoping on a dutch Schap's soon )

I must say Schaps version is great, but all the extras... I do not use them, so for now I am On Official DOPOD ROM which is the most stable... I am going to try the HTC as soon as I get a chance (can not afford to be without the phone in the middle of a working day)
