[Q] New Stock GTI9305. LAG and STUTTERS.

hi all.

i have a new S3 I9305 international, unrooted etc. purely stock, and new, bought from my carrier.

however, there's a noticeable lag or stutter i would say, when i scroll across homescreens, or even playing games. inside app drawer, it is laggy as well.

I've compared my device with my friends' I9300s, they have smooth scrolling transitions.

any idea what causes this? is this a hardware problem?

will rooting my phone helps? probably removing certain apps? i'm not very sure on this.

this is my current phone's status.

First thing to try is a factory reset, see if that helps.
If not then flash a different ROM

Do u have power saving mode enabled? Make sure its off and no live wallpapers
