Utilize External Memory for Photos and Videos
I find it very interesting that even though the Galaxy S4 has expandable memory there is no option to use this additional memory to store our photos and videos, which take up the most room. I am experiencing this problem with my rooted galaxy note 2. Prior to rooting my device I was able to store my photos and videos to my microSD card and free up my internal memory by using the settings in the stock samsung camera app. Now that I have rooted the device my options seem to be, Google camera, Google camera with photosphere, and the Focal camera from CyanogenMod.
A simple fix would be adding the option to choose storage location within the third party camera app. It would make sense for Google to leave out the option in stock android as the nexus devices do not support external memory. My suggestion is for the folks over at CyanogenMod should add this to their focal camera app. This way all rooted users that use a device with external memory can take advantage of their storage and never have to lose a moment with their camera because of the lack of memory.
It's hard to make memories without memory...
