I noticed in system tuner only 2 cores are running, even after forcing all CPU's online. Anyone else notice this either?

I just downloaded system tuner. I have 3 running. 0,2,3.

If you go to boot settings and hit "force all cpus online" they all ramp up so when they are not being used they are just offline I would say.

Tried it for 8 hours while at work...Absolutely best jb ROM for the note 2. Amazingly customizable, fast performance no lag at all whatsoever, great battery life, and pure jb. I came from tw based ROMs but I think I'm going to stick with this one don't miss tw at all...great job! Reminds me so much of my old galaxy nexus

This really makes me want to try this! When I had liquidsmooth earlier this week I liked it because it reminded me of having my nexus, haha. The only issue was it would not deep sleep at all, leaving the battery draining quite quickly. Everyone has mentioned the CM 10.1 bugs like the bluetooth calling, is there a list of current bugs/issues people are having, besides the multi window support? I can live with out that

I love the look of AOSP roms, this makes me never want to use a touchwiz rom again

This seems to change the file system quite a bit, anyone know how to find my sdcard/data folder for nova launcher to restore from? and I also appear to be very limited in what folders i can access from my pc...

How things change, but stay the same...

Realized once I flashed this and booted, this is the same ROM (aside from differences, of course) I was running on my Infuse.

Putting it through its paces this morning. So far, it appears to be VERY responsive compared to the other, TW ROMs I was running

when I click on my phone in the windows file explorer on my pc, I get the option of internal storage and my external sdcard. In internal storage, there are only a few folders (alarms, android, data, DCIM, download, movies, music, notifications, pictures, podcasts, ringtones, and a tibu file). is this correct? where does this link to in the actual file system if I were to look from my phone?

Oh Will....Just when I told myself that I am done flashing because Jedi X is pretty bad ass, you go ahead and do this!! I was running Beanstalk for Majority of April and May, flashed back to TW because of the Camera (got a little one on the way). 100%, the best Vanilla ROM there is for the Note II. Welp, there goes my Monday night! :)

Sorry man, the included and most others AOSP kernels if not all do not support extfat, as it requires some proprietary drivers that do not play well with the rest

Sd card has be be formated to fat32

In 4.1 the files are in system root/data/media

In 4.2 the files are in system root/data/media/0

You have to move your files from one place to the other to go back and forth android 4.1 and 4.2

I'll put the instructions in OP and try to work on a flashable zip to automate the process when I have time

thanks for the response. I had heard about the filesystem change, and i tried to wipe literally everything this time around to keep from having file system abnormalities. Do you know, when i open the internal storage up on the pc, copy a zip file to flash over, then reboot into twrp, where do I go to find that file and flash it? is it the /data/media/0? thanks again for this awesome rom, it has everything I liked about liquidsmooth and none of the problems!

I want this rom to be the go to for a CLEAN AOSP experience. Ultimate battery, performance and reliability OUT OF THE BOX, that's the goal of the rom. I picked the source that impressed me the most to do add my own layer of optimizations over it, tailor made for our device and it's hardware, more than a bot building the same source for 15 different devices. This rom may not be for those who feel the need to flash nightlies and even weeklies as I will always pick refinement over the addition of features. The base will only be updated when a new version is proven to be as clean as current version and when time allows it. To those who like the sound of it, you're in for for something great :)

There will be TWO changelogs for ONE rom. First, the source changelogs you can find in first post. Second, for my own layer of additions/fixes/tweaks: W03Tweaks

For a long time I have refused any kind of donation and Beanstalk kept taking more and more time in my life. I will always do it for fun and for free, never expecting anything out of it but donations will go torward my andoid fund, next step is the Note 3

If every user gave just a dollar for the work I do the Note 3 would be paid and BeanStalk + W03Tweaks will get rolling on it!!!

    DONATE TO THE BEANSTALKVILLE FUND

And keep in mind Scott Hart Bti is the genius behind the source :good:

Just a little post to hype things up a bit, let you know what's going on

We have a 4.3 stable build coming, forked off beanstalk source a bit to give us the best base, pretty much flawless. Quality like we've never seen since 4.2.2 ultimate taken even higher

And the big news is our 4.4 experience kit, it will come as a flashable package and give us the KitKat experience, apps and theme system wide

Keep refreshing that page tomorrow :)

Okay....was on beanstalk....wanted to try 4.3.....love the smoothness, but batterylife for me is not very good so I'm coming back to beanstalk - but dont want to flash 4.2.2 only to have to reflash to try BS4.3.

so would you advise me to wait...say....an hour before flashing :) ?

After long, LONG wait our 4.3 update has arrived. After many fixes and waiting for source I have no doubt saying it's something to surpass our 4.2.2 ultimate release. Should be even cleaner see the changelogs, with the added SPEED, battery and features of 4.3

No issues just android closer to it's best

We have some nice surprises in there like HALO v2.0, new bug-free camera app, fixed chrome browser scrolling, etc etc, go play with it :)
