I never had an issue with my wifi as far as SOD's, but the connection will drop a lot, range isn't far enough, and will sleep when phone does even though wifi is set to sleep Never.

I'm quit convinced after looking at smali and trying a few things...and also unpacking a few kernels, that the SOD issue is in the kernel due to a screen wake issue. Nothing wrong with the roms or kernels, just seems to be a combination of both not playing well together with the new firmware, just an educated guess. I am no kernel dev, so Idk if I can begin to address the issue... just FYI big... nice work... :)

Why would Entropy look thru someone else's kernel for bugs. He has his own to worry about. Will be flashing this tommorrow w/ Entropy's kernel.;)

Thats good...for me not as good with heavy use hit 20% -15% going home aftr 9 hr day but i keep chargers at home...office... truck...and extra chargers in my helmet bag...with 4 emails...heavy txt, calls, web and xda forums... i drain any phone.....but gotta stay connected :D

I would have to say very good. I keep my brightness on high all the time, I'm a heavy email user, heavy text, moderate call usage and I get 14 to 16 hours.
Like Joe I also have extra chargers in truck, Jeep and office just in case.:rolleyes:

Aeon is the only way to go!

hooray for possibly being a part of something productive. how great would if we found a fix due to a random conversation between tank and i. :)


to the user asking about battery life its been pretty good for me. (yesterday at home on wifi hit 4 hours of screen on time) (i think around 12 hours or a bit more) and phone was low.

little bit of calling a ton of texting and a decent amount of web browsing/email

    INSTALL.png

    1. Place .zip onto internal SD card
    2. Reboot into CWM
    3. Wipe Dalivk Cache
    4. Wipe Data\Factory Reset
    5. Fix permissions
    6. Install from sd card, choose the zip
    7. Reboot the phone after it's done Installing
    8. Let it simma down now. :D
