Can anyone help?
I have installed the Lewa Rom, it's really nice.
Thanks to abral for sharing the theme with chinese removed from lockscreen.
But there are still some things I don't like on this rom:
1. The VOIP calls works directly and ONLY on speaker, thou the symbol shows it's on earpiece. This happens with all VOIP services (Skype, Viber, Nimbuzz) and I cannot put the sound through the earpiece.
2. YouTube application crashes constantly. I cannot run it at all.
3. There are still chinese characters on the dial screen, and also on contacts list. See screenshots below.
4. When I dial a contact with picture, on the dial screen there is no photo.

Are there any solutions to these? I would really appreciate some help as I like this rom and I intend to keep it, but with some improvements.

To see a picture of your contacts, you have to "Modify caller sticker photo" in edit contact. For the rest, I can't help you. The Chinese characters do not bother me too much, and I do not use VOIP or youtube on the phone.

This means I cannot use the photo's I have attached to each of my contacts from my Google account but I need to have the photos stored on my SD card and then link them manually? If so, than it sucks.

Hi Gautam, from your posts it looks like u had done lots of experiments with your phone and always comes with new ROM after experimenting in your phone which is good. whenever u posted new ROM link u r telling this is the best ROM. now tell me by your experience which is the best ROM for u till now & share the download link.

Okay bro.. Wait for some moment. I will post all best ROM from there respective categories. Like fastest ROM, gaming ROM, most stable ROM and best ROM..

I have had rooted my phone before but due some problem i had to give it to customer care and they gave it back to me with the stock rom..
now i want to root it once again but i dont have any working drivers for it... thats a great problem and even the superoneclick is not opening
im using Windows xp please help soon...

delete all old superonclick file....
and download the new version of superoneclick...
and then try to root...
may it will work...

i was just google-ing ways to root my phone since i didnt have drivers for super one click... someone on gsmarena posted that he rooted his phone b a software named unlock root... then i searched a bit more and found a cracked version of unlock root.... then i used a data cable to connect the phone to my laptop... and just that i clicked root,a pop opened asking to install the drivers required automatically i clicked yes.... 2 more min and my phone was restarted i open it up... and i see the super user app in my phone.. its pretty easy to root this phone by unlock root method
