Default Wtf is this ?

I have no idea how this started but a red sqare apears around the screens edges when i press on something, doesnt always happend, but its very annoying anf xda is really pissing me off coz i cant upload any fuxking screenshots

go to system settings, developer options, show screen updates or dont keep activities or strict mode.. its one of those settings.

Yup, this is a developer option, can't remember specifically which one.
