After installing the S Voice app, use a root explorer app to edit your build.prop to mimic that of the SGSIII. SEE POST #5 FOR PIC GUIDE.

ro.product.model=Galaxy Nexus ( your Phone )

To...
ro.product.model=GT-I9300

Do the same with line ro.product.device

when i install this in my N7000 Galaxy Note... it came out with this message..
"Application Not Installed"

Same for me, so I moved it to the data/app section and changed the permissions and then restarted the phone and it worked fine.

Edit, scratch that, the app starts up and picks up my voice, but crashes anytime it needs to a task.

working on paranoid rom s2 ....but just don't try and change the hi galaxy on it ...it will fc all the time until reinstall ..
