This rom has been made from Googles Gingerbread 2.3.7 sources.

This rom is exactly what the title says: PRE-ALPHA!
And this means it has very limited functionality.
So please do not report stuff in this thread about things that doesn't work, because we already knows about them.
It does however have the basic functionality like GSM/3G/HSDPA, phonecalls, SMS and MMS.

What does not work:
- WiFi
- Bluetooth
- Camera
- Auto-rotation

Known issues:
- Sometimes during bootup the phone freezes, force reboot seems to fix it

Instructions

1. Make nandroid backup
2. Wipe/factory reset phone
3. Flash zip
4. optional: Flash gapps.zip
5. Reboot
6. Enjoy!
