Help me get CM11 on my already rooted Defy+

I have stock ROM on Defy+, rooted.

This does not load onto my phone: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jmz.soft.twrpmanager

And this http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/91
does not seem to do its thing.

Which recovery do I need?

Install the 2ndinit apk, open it and select the install recovery option. Then go to recovery and follow the procedure given in the guide.

install 2nd init apk for your defy. then once you run 2nd init and installed recovery. reboot your defy once you see the blue notification light press volume down immediately to boot to boot manager then go to recovery. install the new recovery defy_twrp_recovery_2.6.3.0.zip here from TJKV http://d-h.st/dWr. After installing the zip in recovery. reboot and congrats you have TWRP to install cm11.
