I think the new roms would have that. The new roms like the 5.1.1 you can change the language. So when you're in setup you can select the language. So if thats what you're referring to I kinda helped you there, you can also flash the network modem. Because I highly doubt you're going to find a rom like that one you want, every developer here has moved on to developing for different devices or maintaining this device and we only have 1 developer still maintaining this device developing 3 or more roms. But if you dont want the other roms, I do hope someone on here that has that specific rom you want and can send it to you..
