The Htc don't accept SIM CARDS - NOT BLOCKED , just don't recognize any sim.
Its factory unlocked …

EDIT: This is only for people that purchased their phone without a contract. People getting the phone via contract with i.e. Vodafone, always head to their operator for RMA/Warranty.
