[Q] Only reboots into TWRP

Hello, I was in TWRP and cleared cache ect and went to reboot and now my phone wont go past the Samsung screen. I can pull battery and reboot into TWRP and that's it. I tried putting a ROM on my SD and installing but it fails so that's no go. I think I have to Odin back to stock using a tar file and start from scratch but I cant find the files or thread, I cant even remember how to do it...... Ideas?

This is the I717 at&t 4.3 stock version? Its a zip I thought Odin used .tar in the pda slot?

Instructions
Extract (unzip) the firmware file
Download*Odin v3.09
Extract Odin zip-file
Open Odin v3.09
Reboot phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
Click the start button, sit back and wait a few minutes
