[Q] Rooted Huawei ascend P6 bricked

Never ever use that recovery.

download "HUAWEI P6-U06V100R001C00B132 Software Upgrade Guideline" (perhaps from this site, i don't know) and juist folow I instruction.

i search for link with instruction for isntall cm11 on this phone. tx

This happened to me yesterday as well, I was about to restore apps using TB but the phone frooze and then anything made it boot. I don't know how Exactly I solved it but all I did was:

1.- Flash TWRP v3.01
2.- Wipe all the phone, including system, data, cust and internal sd
3.- From within TWRP flashed STock boot and recovery for 118CN FW.
4.- Placed 118CN UPDATE.APP in external sd/dload
5.- from within TWRP still, rebooted the phone to recovery.
6.- The phone started to flash the update from external SD.
7.- It succeded to flash files but couldn't mount /sdcard so I repeated steps above once more
8.- from stock recovery wipe/factory reset
9.- Tried the update again and voila! Phone succeded and booted just fine... Now it's been running with no issues since 2 days

I was running 118CN FW and a test kernel with some "non tested" or unstable features which I think forced the phone to frooze and then the data corruption...

Jimbo77 , necesito de tu ayuda estoy en un brick o softbrick parecido fijate que tenia jelly bean 4.2.2 rooteando ya hace tiempo y quise intentar instalarle el CWM para hacer custom recovery backup y poder instalar alguna custom rom pero para mi sorpresa no booteo y se queda en el logo de Ascend, para poder poner el CWM utilize la app Flashy con permisos root en la boot image y eso fue lo que me ocurrio, ahora no se que version de stock rom tengo que descargarme, me descarge la version de TWRP http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2709607http:// de este lugar y logre conectarme con ADB con los comandos que presenta el TWRP, logre instalar TWRP jelly bean y retornar al stock recovery Jelly bean y hacer UNLOCK al bootloader pero no puedo hacer wipe data / factory reset, dice que la tarjeta SD no puede ser montada que no existe el directorio y no hay UPDATE.APP que puedo hacer hermano una ayuda porfavor:crying:

this was what I did,
1. Install all ADB Universal Drivers in the computer
1.1 and connect the phone off in to the computer
2. Press power and volume down (-) for 10 seconds, and wait for your device to turn off. Do not let go.
3. After you see Huawei logo for 2 seconds, release the power button.
4. After 5 seconds, release the volume (-) button.
5. This will enter into fastboot mode, and then a you can continue to use the tool. From there, you would either:
a) Install Stock Kitkat / Jellybean Recovery, b) TWRP Kitkat / Jellybean
for unlock bootloader use this:

view the menu tu unlock the bootloader and do it unlocked
make sure your device was already Unlocked !
put your device in fastboot mode ( > adb reboot bootloader )

6. Enter recovery mode. If you choose stock recovery, download and install the Update.app an OS Likewise. If you choose TWRP, a custom rom download, and install the OS Likewise. i use this stock rom B118 https://mega.co.nz/#!t8sV1STD!ZMZ0w3OBW_o8S7NzpPawjWd2mN0jz3y2Hsicw_qDk1k

unzip the B118 stock rom and put in the SD root the dload folder with the UPDATE.APP
run the recovery mode of the phone
press the tu buttons of volumen (-,+) firts and the power on and waits for the recovery mode


and Waalaa! this recovery your phone
