You can use fastboot. Make sure u install the drivers and download fastboot to your pc . Read read and read. Also you put the superuser7 on you internal sdcard. That's the name of you internal memory.

Thank you! The problem is that most of the files at "Dev-Host" is not accessible. Ummmm I will try downloading at my home rather than my office.

I've never had a problem with that but I see right now, they are having a problem. There is a message across the top of the screen stating that.
