Note 2 Updates - While on custom rom

Hey I am on Macks Allstar Rom and I keep getting an Android System update thats 28.5 MB. Tried to install but doesnt do anything and keeps popping up.
What should I do?

There are updates out. I believe that ROM is design just reboot as normal. You can either upgrade to 4.3 or kit Kat or delete the ota zip file with a file manager.

The OTAs do not flash in non stock recovery.
