Problem with a custom rom

hi everyone, i got a samsung s3 I9300 and i can´t install a custom rom.... i try several roms and nothing.
i dont know what is the problem, i have done the root and recovery (philz_touch)....when i try to install it say aborted.
i don´t know if is something is missing.

Try to flash with cwm recovery.most of roms work with this ****

Is there error 7? Is so, u are using an older version of the recovery and nid to update.
