Help! Huge app size!

Can somebody explain what is going on here?

But in play store the app size is:

So why is it almost hogging double the memory?

Also all my other apps/games:

Please help!

It's about ART/dalvik cache. Installed apps aren't just the apk, but executable (.dex format) used as cache is placed inside /data partition resulting bigger in size. Apps may have libs files packed inside, they will be copied in /data partition too

It's there any way i can clear the art/dalvik cache on stock 4.4 unrooted?

No way without custom recovery, you don't have root so no Terminal Emulator. I saw on screenshots that you have download speed counter, it's on the original ROM?

Yeah, its an app called network monitor mini from play store.

Remember that Internal Memory is shared beetween apps, Android settings, contacts, messages and multimedia data (/sdcard) so photos, videos, music, downloaded files, files received through bluetooth... Until you move them to MicroSD card (external memory)
