I have tested this mod only on my note 2 N7100 DN3 4RC2

If its working on any other Rom please report it

How to Install:
Using any root explorer ,
Delete the old files from :
System/priv-app
They are named :
SecContacts_OSup.apk
SecPhone.apk

Then reboot into recovery , wipe cache and wipe dalvik cache .

Flash the file and wipe cache and dalvik again

Reboot and enjoy

DON'T FORGET TO DISABLE " APP SETTINGS " FROM XPOSED INSTALLER :good

EDIT -- Tried with dpi 310 and 800*1280

Its helped but the dialer seems to have shifted towards left a bit.. works but doesnt seem to be a perfect solution..
