Oh you mean the DroidX build? I see a "bootmenu" zip and a "twrp cm11" zip in this thread but those don't seem to be ROMs.

Alright.
Would you recommend attempting to boot into CM11 first then flashing BM, or flashing CM11, then gapps, then BM, then booting?
So, I did the ezSBF method that sd_shadow advised.
- I got to stock .621, rooted, installed D3 bootstrap, booted into recovery.
- Then I flashed BM.
- Attempted to flash CM11 from your thread. cm-11-20140817-UNOFFICIAL-shadow from m.ksy.
- It said "e:error in /sdcard/download/cm-11-20140817-UNOFFICIAL-shadow.zip (status 0) Installation aborted.

For anyone else who may want to attempt this.
This is what I did once I got bootstrap installed.
- Put the files on your phone. Bootmenu, the ROM, and gapps.
- Bootstrap into recovery.
- Install bootmenu zip.
- Do a regular reboot.
- Press the volume down button when the LED lights up blue.
- Now you're in Bootmenu 2.0. Select custom recovery option.
- Now you're in TWRP 6.0.1.0
- Now flash the ROM. Unfortunately, this is where the process breaks.

tried update-binary from cm-7-20130201-NIGHTLY and twrp_cm11_d2, got (status 6)
Installation aborted.

So is the D2 pretty much dead by now? Just got my hands on one and would like to use it as a spare phone. KitKat would be great, now I just have ics with Koush's BootStrap CWM
