Spotify Promo

Hi all. My wife and I both switched to framily plans and got 6 months of Spotify included. I was under the impression that both of our lines would get the promo but Sprint customer service Todd me it was only one promo per framily plan. Can anyone confirm? If that's really the case I'll just give it to my wife but just want to see if I'm being yanked here.

Just create an account on your line and have her create her own account on her line.

Not correct at all. Both me and my wife are on the same framily plan, and we both have our own Spotify promo codes.

You can get spotify on each line but normally it won't be done unless you are getting a new phone. You can go into a store and ask. Worst they say is no.
