ok, where did I go wrong?

Unlocked bootloader which wiped phone.
Installed CWM recovery from 1st post and copied 0.7 to root of sd card
Rebooted into CWM, did a back up then a wipe.
Installed 0.7 which said it completed, but phone just boots into CWM
Restored earlier backup, but again phone just boots into CWM

Any ideas?

Dude just use blend kernel or doom kernel then every thing will go smooth....

Installed [ARC/ARC S] DooMKernel (v15) (FW: 4.0.2.A.0.42) [ 1.6Ghz version ]

Rebooted into CWM, wiped phone and reinstalled zip.

Still reboots into CWM only.

I've used Flashtool to flash Generic LT15i (Arc) 4.0.2.A.0.42 (1247-1041) (Android 2.3.4)
Phone is now booting and appears to be working.

I would like to use this custom firmware though, any ideas what went wrong?

I've tried many roms but love your rom most and hope you can develope the rom better and better.
There are some points i suggest to change for the rom as the following:
- Status bar toggle widgets: in v07 is very difficult to see, can you put colour for it (green)or go back to v05 style.
- Lockscreen: go back to Original will be nicer or change to android v4 style if you can make :D
- Theme (home&manu icon): go back to Original.
- Status bar: now it's back&white. You can make paint status bar a green colour for nicer one.
-Release 2 versions: one named LT15i and one named LT18i (as my phone is LT18i but the rom shows LT15i, so it is... :D)

I'm looking forward to your new rom by next week :p Thank you for your effort for all of us Man!

Sounds like you just want stock or cyanagen
We can do for you but I think your describing just stock. And if your in a hurry then unzip system n frame n paint them and replace the PNG n rezip be faster as themes are important but fix .42 more important then what your asking
So to sum up
stock home( spent hours on that,)
Stock lock (hmm)
4.2 by next week
Get started festa ha ha

Great rom, I've been using this as a daily, while occasionally flashing miui/cm7. Very fast and smooth esp. with Dooms v15. One thing though, I always use zepellinrox' supercharger script and I think It's conflicting with the home locked in memory as every 1/2 hour or so it freezes and fc's se home. I'll un-supercharge because your minfrees etc look pretty effective but, just in case, how would I unlock the home from memory? Can't find anything in build.prop and don't want to f**k the rom up for the sake of just that.

Yes I was told in the subforum of supercharger not to install it having this rom for my own safety cause it interfered, there must be a similar tweak in this rom =)

I thought the 42 was for Germany but it did tell me the other day I needed to update but obviously I couldn't. But the info in the update doesn't seem much
It will be the new base but we had WiFi and bluetooth problems
I am going to try again with 42 firmware later tnite cause I'm off work for the day ill keep u all posted with what happens
As always kormatoes will be trying the Rom out first no doubt cause hes good like that haha

basically in the past i was switching back and forth between MIUI, Cyanogen and this one, but now I'll stay on this one: with Doomlords kernel and adapted VDD settings I'm about 4% battery usage for 9hours during night.

    Installation Guide


    -Place (YOURDOWNLOAD).zip on SD (root preferably)
    -Boot into CWM recovery and make a full backup first
    -Now wipe data/factory reset

    kormatoes ics theme its very nice i like it
    pics will be on in a lil while but here is the zip to flash the theme
    it has ics keyboard and launcher also wallpaper and the theme he has made
