I'm having issues with my s4 not receiving picture messages. They don't come in for days later. Any suggestions or ideas?

Try clearing data on messaging. And are you stock, rooted? What build are you on?

I am on stock rooted mk2. I've cleared data and cache and that's when it work for a Lil bit then stops again.
I don't want to call Verizon but I might have to bc I use picture messaging for work a lot.
Well if clearing data doesn't do it then a factory reset should. Downloading 3rd party MMS like hand cent won't fix the problem.
