Hi guys...!

Let me introduce you our team....
We are PearCrew a team made for supporting forgotten Android smartphones ! Last year we focused on legacy devices like Desire HD, myTouch 4G, Xperia Arc and S III mini. We faced many problems cause we did't have the devices to test our builds and a recent disaster hit our equipment and we are back to the basics

! As developers, our purpose is to keep alive these devices for as long as possible. We may not have our equipment and servers, our ROMs may be built on pentium machines but we will continue to support the community...Anyway I don't want to bore you! We thought that It's time to extend our device range and here it is a new SlimKat Rom for One Mini !!!

THE TESTERS WHO STEP UP TO THE CHALLENGE.

Please reply for help, questions, and everything about the ROM.
Since I do not own HTC One Mini, I need your help to make this ROM perfect.
So, please attach screenshots when you face any force closes or errors.
This way you help me a lot.

Great to see a slimrom here, always used slimroms on my s3 & s4 as they were solid with great battery IMO. Will try out later on today. Cheers

Soon as I get my phone back from the HTC repair centre I'm flashing this. Have always been a fan of "Slim" builds.

maybe its a bit over-the-top to call the Mini "forgotten" - it's a small but great community

But I really like your approach to keep older devices alive - not everyone can (want to) buy a new phone every year! Thanks!

maybe I will find some time to flash and test, but not in the next one or two weeks

@akateha Unfortunately been stuck at "slimkat" boot logo for 15min, rebooted and same thing! fully wiped beforehand for a clean install but no luck. I hope this doesn't this require the new partition table.( i don't think it will, as i imagine you used the minis working cm11 rom as a base for your port, i could be wrong ) i am s-off, hboot 2.19 twrp 2.6.3. (
@RuffBuster just a heads up as i believe your on the same hboot/partion.

I used as base cm-11-20140425-NIGHTLY-m4 !

ok,Thanks. so hboot is not the problem. I have downloaded both ROM and Gapps package again, Still stuck at boot logo.
Has anyone else tested this ?? just to rule out user error.

ok, i reinstalled my working cm11 and then tried a dirty flash, again failed!
Q.the device that you took the slimkat port from,it had the same screen resolution?

I cant download the ROM. MEGA says: "temporary error. retry"
I tried 5 times, also was waiting 10 minutes. can you upload somewhere else?

Try using firefox browser and try to download it or use mega app on ur phone. Hope that helps.

why not using http://www.androidfilehost.com/? MEGA is producing many problems

ok, now it was working. but same problem here - only the slimkat-boot-screen.
and yes - I flashed the boot.img

Does this use the new or old partition table? Would updating my hboot make a difference?
